Michael's class was phenomenal. 🫶🏽 I was cheesing for probably the last 20 or so minutes of the class trying to hold in my 😅 giggles. It was a euphoric experience! 💫Additionally, the other members were very kind and welcoming to a newbie to the studio.💝

Goodwolf is one of the best yoga studios I have found. Their teachers are all knowledgeable and each provides their own spin on the practice. I started morning there everyday with their early bird options!! I fully endorse this if you have a hard time moving in the morning. The hot yoga room provides a gentle ease into the day, even with it being power yoga!
